IHMCAA PROJECTS

Grand Annual Alumni Homecoming

February 21

The Annual Alumni Homecoming is the time to hail the pink and blue at the Immaculate Heart of Mary College.  But more than the celebration and meeting former mentors and classmates, the IHMCAA seeks to involve the alumni in the work of the school and to involve the school in the lives of its former students. This mission is accomplished through the various projects and activities of the IHMCAA. (Calendar)

Feast of St. Louise de Marillac
Medical & Dental Mission
March 15

Held in commemoration with the Feast Day of St. Louise de Marillac, IHMCAA partners with IHMC’s CES (Community Extension Service) by putting into task alumni medical and dental volunteers as we conduct Medical & Dental Mission for the poor families living in nearby barangays.  Outreach and service are a critical part of our mission. Seniors’ Career Talk

Feast of St. Vincent de Paul
Relief Goods for the Poor Families
September 27

Held in commemoration with the Feast of St. Vincent de Paul, IHMCAA partners with IHMC’s CES as we extend basic goods and/or organize house visits and conduct catechism to poor families.  This is our respond to the call for compassionate service and solidarity with the poor as we share our blessings with the needy and disadvantaged out of our gentle and humble hearts. Feast of the Immaculate Conception
Shoe Box Gift Giving
December 08

The true meaning of Christmas should and is associated with acts of CHARITY and the birth of Jesus Christ, like it is intended to be.  IHMCAA campaigns for an early Christmas treat as we continue this practice of gift-giving and provide gift-filled shoe boxes to the orphans and poor/street children.  Gift-filled in shoe boxes are donated by the alumni and will be distributed as part of our celebration of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. (Calendar)

L.I.N.K.S. Official Campaign Offering Fund

Its goal is to give back to the institution and cultivate future Inmacordistas and mentors who can make a difference and be of service to the community.  All alumni are encouraged to support any of the six (6) projects which are uniquely highlighted by admirable Inmacordista values.  (L.I.N.K.S.)

Inmacordista Magazine
An annual publication released during the annual homecoming.  It showcases the current activities and thrusts of IHMC and IHMCAA, highlights the personal side of each Jubilarian batch.  It also features alumni who have done us proud thru their works that could be a source of inspiration especially to the younger generation.  The magazine is also a venue to rekindle old friendships and ties and create new ones. (Inmacordista Magazine)

IHMCAA Website

The website will enable all alumni to keep in contact with each other and with IHMC to which will increase the participation on the part of alumni in getting involved with various activities and projects of the Association and the school.  This will also assist the Association in promoting Alumni programs and services and keeping track of the names and addresses of alumni thus, boosting interest and attendance at special occasions such as the Grand Annual Homecoming, Conventions, Seminars, Out-reach Programs, etc.
